the hotel offered easy access from the heathrow bus infrastructure the hoppa bus took me straight to the door. the staff was great and very helpful during check in. my room had a comfortable bed and a walk in shower that worked well.

the hotel is close to terminal 3, that was very useful. i found a receptionist who helped me get a taxi quickly for my flight. there was no queue to check in since i had prepaid online.
the taxi firm charged me more than usual for a short trip to the terminal.

This hotel offers excellent accessibility to the airport terminals using public transportation. It takes only five minutes to get there. a bus stop right outside serves the hotel hoppa service and i noticed a nearby nice pub as well. This provides convenient options.

The hotel restaurant provides reasonably priced food. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. i saw some good options available at the restaurant, there seemed to be enough variety for a short stay. The place looked clean.

the room maintained quite a high standard and it was very clean. the room also was quite spacious and included everything i needed for my overnight stay. i was able to easily reach the terminal by bus from the hotel.

the location is great.. it's a quick bus ride to the terminals. the rooms were very clean and well-decorated. i appreciated the comfortable beds after a long journey, i slept so well!
i couldn't get any help with my luggage upon arrival, i did have to manage it myself.

the receptionists allister and shania provided excellent service at all times. lily and julia, the waitresses, were courteous and helped with all my needs. the morning receptionist was also very accommodating despite my hurried departure.

the room was basic, but it was just fine for a quick overnight stay before travelling. the spacious bathroom included a nice, large shower.. it had everything i needed. the rooms were also very well decorated and clean.

the hotel has a super location, with a bus stop to the airport directly outside. the bus transfer to terminal 5 is only a couple of pounds. it's only a few minutes walk up the road.. so convenient!

the breakfast offered a lovely and diverse selection of many kinds of foods. the breakfast gentleman was very friendly and always helped. the restaurant has a very good menu for a relaxed meal after a long flight.

The bus stop is right outside, made getting to the terminals super easy! our room had an amazing view. I was so excited. the value for money is unbelievable! i had such a blast, and the location seriously saved my sanity.
